Nathalie Clerget holds a PhD in Biological Sciences from Université Paris-Descartes and bring over 25 years of experience in clinical research, providing both strategic and operational leadership for complex global clinical studies. Her expertise covers cell and gene therapy, autoimmune diseases, transplantation, and select rare diseases.

Throughout her career, she has helped biotech companies transition from non-clinical to First-in-Human (FIH) stages, guiding them through the challenges of early development and regulatory engagement. Her international experience across Europe, the UK, and Japan has strengthened her ability to operate in diverse regulatory and cultural environments, where calculated risk-taking and adaptability are key to success.
